Up at 3:00am

Well, today is our last day of Short-Term Missions, our Summer season here at YWAM Monterrey. We have had an awesome time with Vertical Edge, the Youth Group from New Life Church, located in Farmville, Virginia. They are an Assembly of God Church with a heart for Missions and being real before God.

Coming to the end of the season is bittersweet. On the upside, not as many 18 hour days. On the downside, not as much excitement. God has been so Real this summer to the teams and the staff here at YWAM Monterrey. We have seen people healed of illness and many people come to Christ. At best guess, I would say approximately 250-300 people in Monterrey, Mexico made decisions for Christ as a result of the short-term outreach teams we have hosted this summer. Praise God!

Father, thank you for the priviledge of serving You and Yours. Thank you that we have seen your hand move and impact many people's lives!

Dear Ron,

Just a brief note to say hi and to let you know that we enjoy reading your blog. Well written, and a great way for old friends to stay updated with your mission and whereabouts. God bless you and your family!
